Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact to ensure they are eligible for processing.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package.
Receive Your Refund
After a quality check at our warehouse, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
